When is it possible to check-in and Check-out?
Check-in is possible from 14:00 until 23:00
Check-out is foreseen from 8:00 until 11:00
In cases of need, such as late or night flights, or emergency situations, it is possible to check-in after 23:00 by communicating with our staff.
Does the Hotel offer car parking?
The Hotel has not any private parking. However, in front of the entrance and not far away from there, 2 public parking areas have spots for Hotel guests.
Are there any limited traffic zones on the street to reach the Hotel?
Some streets are ztl (limited traffic zones), in which it is possible to transit only if authorized.
Guests of Giardino sul Duomo can drive to the parking lots near the Hotel by communicating the plates number.
It will be up to the hotel to communicate the plates to the competent authorities.
What languages are spoken by the staff?
The entire staff speaks fluent Italian and English.
In addition, some staff members speak fluent German, Spanish and French.
How far away are the rooms from the reception and the breakfast room?
Garden rooms are located close to the reception and the breakfast room.
Stairway rooms are located at 10 mt from garden area.
Depandance rooms are located approximately at 30 mt from the garden area.
At what hour breakfast is served?
It is possible to have breakfast from 8:00 until 10:00.
It is possible have breakfast both in the breakfast room and in the Garden area.
Is it necessary to inform in advance in case of any intolerance or allergy?
Intolerances and allergies must be communicated in advance, at best during the reservation, to guarantee the best possible alternative choice.
Are animals allowed?
We love animals, however, to guarantee a high standard clean service and to prevent any problem for allergic and asthmatic people, animals are not allowed.
Is the pool accessible the entire year?
The pool is accessible the whole year, however, it is not heated. The optimal period to enjoy the pool is from April to October.
Is it possible to book excursions and activities at the reception?
The reception can book for you any kind of facilities and give you the best possible choices.
On top of this, it is also possible to contact us before your arrival for any kind of service such as airport shuttle, wine taste experiences or restaurant reservations.

Is it possible to pay with credit card?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Are there alternative ways to book if I do not want give access to my credit card details?
The booking system is certified and safe and protects the guest at 100%. However, if you prefer, you can contact us and make the payment by bank transfer.
Is it possible to cancel my booking?
Free cancellation is possible within the terms indicated in the booking. To cancel, just send us an email within the cancellation terms.
Non-refundable bookings can be cancelled with the application of a penalty of the full amount of the reservation.
What is included in the price?
In the price is included breakfast, the use of all the common areas (swimming pool and panoramic terrace) as well as the furnishment of courtesy set and towels in the room.
Are the city taxes included in the price?
