SICILIAN COOKING CLASSES

The cooking lessons are mainly about traditional Sicilian recipes: from classic desserts, such as cannoli and cassate, to vegetarian dishes, such as macco and caponata, from homemade pasta fresca to meat or fish dishes. At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy what you have cooked.

THE SECREST OF THE CIOCCOLATO DI MODICA

The Cioccolato di Modica is a gastronomic tradition of our territory, whose original recipe dates back to the Aztecs. The recipe was brought to Sicily by the Spanish under their domination. A tour in the most famous dolceria, the Antica dolceria Bonajuto will make you discover and taste all the secrets of its original workmanship.

APERITREK AT CAVA D’ISPICA

A light trekking of about 4 km immersed in the Mediterranean nature to discover the necropolis of Cava d’Ispica, full of cave dwellings, and the Sicano castle, a multi-level house unique in its kind. A tasty break at the refuge Scirocco to taste the typical products of the area accompanied by local wine, with the presence of a sommelier.

An experience to discover our territory in a new and original way that provides routes for both experienced and non-experienced riders with lessons for approaching the horse, basic explanations, lessons in the riding school and the possibility of horse-riding in the Sicilian countryside.
